On behalf of the Board, thank you to all who were able to either participate in last week’s forum or provide emails regarding the voluntary parentage DNA proposal. After reviewing the comments, it was decided to form a five member sub-committee to review the proposal/comments and try to develop a revision which addresses the concerns raised. The sub-committee will report back to the general membership at a later date.
In other news, the Association has two openings on the Board this year. Therefore, a call for nominations is included in the attached document. If you wish to be considered for the Board or know of someone who should be, please complete the application by the due date.
A reminder that in order to receive a ballot for this year’s election and to continue receiving updates from the Board, you must have paid your dues by April 4, 2026. That can be done either on the website or via US Mail.
Finally, mark you calendar the Annual Meeting which will be held on Zoom, May 9th at 10:00
