Good afternoon:
I am touching base with you to remind you our 2025 Annual Meeting is scheduled for next Saturday, May 10th, at 10:00 EST and will be an online meeting instead of on location in Tunbridge, Vermont. The Directors hope that this will allow more members to participate in our organization.
I recognize this will be a challenge for some of our members who have not used a ZOOM call before and I expect there will be some hick-ups but with your patience, I think this may well be a great opportunity for many of us to meet.
The link to the meeting is below and you can either sign in with the computer (Internet access) or call any one of the listed phone numbers in the link. Once you log in (or call) you will need to enter the meeting ID number 83507313495 and the password 142017. At that point you will be in a short waiting room and then will be granted access.
